OEKO-TEX Standard 100

We've worked very hard to source excellent quality, premium fabric bases! All OEKO-TEX 100 Certified natural fabrics that are more eco-concious in their manufacture and printing.

Biodegradable & Organic

We conciously limit the type of bases we choose to print on. Karina prefers 100% biodegradable bases such as cotton, linen and bamboo.

Legacy & Choice

We want to spark the conversation about what our fabric choices do to our planet. We simply don't offer polyester, nylon or acrylic bases!

Our poplin has a beautiful fine weave and highly consistent colouring throughout. A versatile, crisp cotton just perfect for clothing and accessories!

Soft and lux. Lovely and light; fabulous for summer clothes, dresses and softer homewares.

Our twill is a very popular, textural and mid-weight fabric you are sure to love! Durable, a nice drape, for clothing and homewares.

This is truly special canvas, super vibrant and crisp! A stunner that we are proud to offer! It is great for structured projects like totes, cushions and heavier weight apparel such as shorts, overalls, aprons and pinnys.

French Terry 280gsm

95% Cotton 5% Spandex | 152cm wide

Soft knitted and 'buttery'! A lovely smooth surface with loops on the other side to make it extremely comfortable to wear, stretchy and lightweight too. It is perfect for wind-cheaters, light jumpers, loungewear, sweatshirts, hoodies and is a gorgeous high quality base!

55% Linen 45% Cotton | 140cm wide

A favourite fabric! A breathable, textural blend of natural fibres for gorgeous fashion items; dresses, tops and skirts.
Please be aware this fabric occassionally prints with tiny white fibres/dots visible in the design, and it is all part of the lovely earthy nature of this fabric!

Rib Knit 250gsm

NEW! Simply delicious! Our rib knit has a lovely wide stretch rib with soft feel, midweight, perfect for tanks, t-shirt dresses, kids clothes or leisurewear. These ribs are 4mm wide and we think you will be very impressed with the brightness and feel!

100% Linen | 140cm wide

ON REQUEST. Beautiful, textural pure linen fabric can be requested in any mix of designs. Absolutely perfect for year round sewing, an environmentally friendly and conscious choice. $38AUD/m. Minimum order 10m.

Fabric Care

It is good practice to pre-wash/pre-treat your fabric before beginning to sew and construct your garments, this allows for possible shrinkage and we must expect that all fabrics will display a small degree of shrinkage.

We recommend a cold hand or machine wash with similar colours and hang to air dry.

Understanding Print Direction

With the grain

This image correctly displays how our fabric designs are printed and will appear on a tall roll. Design is continuous from top to bottom. (Here shown by Zahara Flo figures, head to feet).

Printed 'with the grain' as it rolls infinitly along the roller. NOTE: Our website images showing the design as being vertical around the cardboard roll are for display purposes only.
